The Utopian Eagle from Mon Colle Knights. It's how Mondo, Rachna and Dr. Hiiragi get from Earth to Mon World, travelling to exotic realms to meet interesting new monsters and break things! Well, usually the Lion ship of evil Prince Eccentro, so I guess it's okay! *Grin!*
The cel is A...for the life of me I can't figure it out. The matching sketch seems to have a roman numeral 2 (II) followed by an x and the cel appears to have a big 1 and little 2. Very odd! Whatever it is, they circled it, so it's key!
