Mosquiton's thrashing Count Sangermaine on the surface of the moon. Technically Mo-chan doesn't have wings, but his batwinged cloak and one-quarter vampiric nature do allow him to fly.
The cel is scanned against a non-matching background. There is noticeable line fading.
As for the anime itself...ANY anime where Takehito Koyasu gets to whine and cackle evilly is a GOOD anime to me!
