Sakura's ashamed to show her hand crafted teddy bear to Eriol. You see, Sakura's afraid that it looks quite a bit like Kero and Eriol will laugh at her. Instead, Eriol offers helpful comments and even carefully snips the threads holding the ear on, so Sakura can reposition it. The reason for Eriol's assistance aren't revealed right away.
