This is one of the first, if not the first meeting between Sakura and Yukito after a very important, and quite sad, conversation they had on the 'Star Road' of one of Sakura's class projects. Sakura was in tears during that conversation (and so was I).
I think both Sakura and Yukito are relieved that though that conversation changed some things, a caring friendship can now be forged between them.
