Camille is so happy to see her husband again! She wants to prove to him how much she missed him. Since Inaho is just upstairs in the bath, Mosquiton knows he should get Camille out of here as soon as possible!
I have to laugh when I see this cel. In the scene, Camille has dropped her dress to the floor and is wearing...well, her gloves and collar and that's it. Mo-chan completely occludes all the 'naughty bits' but I can tell you that Camille's layer was painted with the rapt attention to detail called for by the sketch! Mo-chan, as the gentleman he is, guards Camille's modesty in this cel as the layers are stuck.
