Keith is explaining to Burn how the Psychics must dominate the world and exterminate all the normal people in order to survive.
The airbrushed streaks, that in the scene are reflections on the window Keith is looking through, are on a layer that has no cel number.
This cel is rather uniquely bittersweet in my gallery, as the shipping and bank transfer fees cost significantly more than the winning bid on the cel itself. *wince* I'm much more careful about asking for the fees before finalizing my decision to bid on or buy a cel.
