Ah, Mahaad. All my suspicions of the Dark Magician realized. He's simply awesome, and, unfortunately, present as himself for only a couple of episodes before the tragic events that inspire him to become the Dark Magician come to pass.
In this scene, he's talking very sternly to Mana, as she has, in a light-hearted and rather bubble-brained way done something dangerous. This image is not from a screencap, it's adapted from the manga.
