There's just something about this look on Sakura's face -- combining worry, fear and a dawning surprise -- that just tugs at my heart. The fact that it is her concern for other people, especially Kerberos and Yue, that brings this tangle of emotions to her, makes this cel all the more sweet. (And that Yue is offering her comfort! *swoon!*)
