Yue warns Sakura that even though she doesn't want to attack him, she must, if she is to pass his Judgement. The Card Captor must prove she is worthy and strong enough to wield Clow's Cards. Sakura's soft nature and tender feelings for Yukito, Yue's alter ego, get in her way.
Ultimately it is her love for Yukito that enables her to pass Yue's Judgement and conquer Clow's Moon Guardian, winning not only the right to become the new mistress of the Clow Cards, but Yue's respect as well.
Amazing set up for this scene! B3, C13, E3 cels, all key, scanned against a copy of the background. Very neat image, that conveys Sakura's flight from Yue and his chasing of her even though the image is static.
